If you had a previous Schaumburg "Customer Central" account, those accounts are no longer valid. You will need to sign up with WebPay.
Verify you're entering the correct user name in the form of an email address (username@company.com).
Passwords are case sensitive, so ensure you don't have caps lock enabled.
Your account may be temporarily disabled from too many failed login attempts.
If you still can't log in, enter your user name to reset your password. You will be sent an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.
